Physically Tired Yet Glowed With Joy – Summer 2025

God’s peace to you, dear servants in the Lord’s field!

The summer period is divided into “before” and “after”. For 20 years now, we have been holding a regional youth festival. Teenagers from churches in our region gather here. Every year, there were more teenagers, and time and circumstances sent new challenges in ministry. Every year, God performed incredible miracles, He led us through different circumstances, where we, as a team, saw many miracles.

The camp is held outdoors, teenagers live in tents, so we always need warm and dry weather. Over the years, the number of teenagers has grown to 700 participants + leaders and cooks. Therefore, we prayed that the Lord would provide a good camp facility near the lake, so that everyone could be accommodated. God blessed us in a special way.

The time of martial law also made many adjustments, but trusting in the Lord, we held the 15th youth festival with 700 participants aged 11-16. The participants of the event were children from churches as well as children of the military, displaced persons and orphans.

They all needed Jesus! The theme was “Live by God’s Call”. Bible study was combined with creativity, sports, swimming in the lake. The “Bible Experts” competition. Every evening for 5 days, teenagers listened to sermons and testimonies of different people with different destinies, who responded to live by God’s call. The two final evenings became special for many teenagers – over 200 young people responded to the call to follow Jesus.

I saw how our team, which was physically tired, glowed with joy that the time spent with teenagers was not in vain.

Preparation takes a lot of time and effort, but it is such a joy when over the years of service you see those, who were teenagers who got to know God at the festival and are now the church ministers, many have grown up and joined our team.

We are sincerely happy and grateful to God for the privilege of serving Him in times of great and difficult challenges. In everything, down to the smallest details, we see the hand of our God that guides and protects. We are sincerely grateful for your prayers and support of our ministry. May the Lord bless you abundantly!
